Situated close the popular regenerated public park of the same name; we are a busy, but friendly school with lots going on including a school newspaper. The school is made up of four houses who compete each term for rewards. We offer a range of after school activities including sports, choir and homework clubs.
Tullycarnet P.S is situated on the Kings Rd in East Belfast. We are very proud of our school and confident that we are able to offer a happy, caring and stimulating learning environment. We offer a range of extra-curriculum activities including sports, science and music.
Strandtown P.S caters for the primary 4-7 age range and is part of an infant and junior collaborative, providing a very high standard of education. We have extensive grounds; home to our large number of sporting clubs and teams. We have an orchestra, two bands and three choirs who perform regularly in school and for the community.
The Nursery Unit is part of St Matthew’s school. It is totally self-contained and is sequestered from the main school. The programme offers a wide range of pre-school learning experiences in structured play, language development, art and pre-writing skills, social interaction activities and imaginative play.
St Joseph’s P.S is a Catholic co-ed school situated in Ballyhackamore: East Belfast. There are at present 379 pupils. We offer a wide range of extra –curriculum educational and social activities as well as pre and after school clubs.
Rosetta Nursery Unit provides 26 full time places with dinner to children in their pre-school year. The Nursery Unit is staffed by a teacher and assistant. The day starts at 8:45am and finishes at 1:15pm.

The Nursery Unit is housed in a purpose built, recently refurbished building comprising two large inter-connecting playrooms and a shared indoor play area. We are also fortunate to have full use of the adjoining primary school facilities.The Nursery operates two full-time sessions from 8.55am to 1.30pm.
Affectionately known as the “hidden gem of the Castlereagh hills”, Leadhill P.S boasts excellent bright and spacious facilities. The grounds which incorporate a purpose built outdoor play area are used throughout the year for a variety of sporting, academic and community activities. Our present enrolment is 110 and our pupils who are at the heart of our vision and philosophy achieve excellent academic results.
