St Matthew’s Nursery Unit

The Nursery Unit is part of St Matthew’s school. It is totally self-contained and is sequestered from the main school. The programme offers a wide range of pre-school learning experiences in structured play, language development, art and pre-writing skills, social interaction activities and imaginative play.

Sandbrook Nursery School

Sandbrook Nursery is situated in the Sydenham area of east Belfast with places for 52 full time children. The building is a modrn purpose built nursery school set in extensive grounds. There are two classes with a teacher and teaching assistant for both. The day begins at 9:00am and finishes at 1:30pm.  

Orangefield Nursery Unit

Orangefield Primary School has been providing nursery education since 1979.  In May 2009, we relocated to superb, new buildings.

The nursery is regarded as an integral part of the main school which provides an environment promoting intelletual, physical, social, emotional and aesthetic development.

The nursery will operate on a full time basis from 9:00am - 1:30pm.

There are two classes of 26 pupils each.

Nettlefield Nursery Unit

The Nursery Unit is housed in a purpose built, recently refurbished building comprising two large inter-connecting playrooms and a shared indoor play area. We are also fortunate to have full use of the adjoining primary school facilities.The Nursery operates two full-time sessions from 8.55am to 1.30pm.

Knocknagoney Nursery Unit

The Nursery Unit is an integral part of Knocknagoney Primary School. It operates a full day placement (9.00 am - 2.00 pm) for 26 children and is self-contained with large playroom, quiet room, staff room, kitchen and toilets as well as a fenced play area outside.
